Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom as our primary market. Standard delivery typically takes 5-9 business days from dispatch. During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is currently offered on all orders as part of our launch promotion. Any applicable shipping costs will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Customs and International Orders

For orders shipped outside the country of origin, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. These are not included in the order total and are determined by your local customs office.
