These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed on pestune.com for the purchase of Pestune products. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photos and illustrations are for reference only and are not contractually binding in terms of exact appearance.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Pestune reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Order Process

An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. Pestune reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of a dispute over a previous order, non-payment, or reasonable suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, via the payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are secured.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, customers residing in the UK or EU benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal Warranty

Regardless of the above, customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by the applicable law of their country of residence.
